  • *For a fancy presentation, thread about 5-6 raspberries on a skewer and place it on top of the martini.

Sparkling Orange Mint Cocktail

Taking advantage of some of the seasonal produce and created an amazing cocktail using Sunkist® Navel Oranges. Navel oranges are available from November through June. They’re refreshingly sweet, juicy, and they have a pleasant floral aroma. I love them because they are an excellent source of Vitamin C and they contain no seeds, which makes it perfect for those fruity cocktails.

  • Juice of 4 Sunkist® Navel Oranges about ¾ cup
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 6 ounces vodka
  • Club soda
  • Optional: fresh cranberries and orange slices for garnish
  • Ice

  • Shaker
  • Strainer

  • Add the orange juice, vodka, and mint to the shaker and muddle the ingredients for about 3 minutes, or until well combined.
  • Place the strainer inside of the shaker with the coil facing down. Hold the strainer in place with your fingers and pour over ice.
